About this site
This site is published by HaShomer, a company founded and based in Israel. It describes our work for information only. Using it does not create any contract between you and us.
What the site describes
HaShomer is in development. Vigil is a running prototype, not a fielded product. The counter-UAS system is a design that has not been built: its ranges are modelled and its other figures are illustrative targets. Scenes, simulations and scenarios on the site are illustrations of how the systems are built to behave, not records of real events or measured performance. Nothing on the site is a specification, a warranty or an offer to supply anything.
Defence and export control
Any supply of defence products, technology or services by HaShomer is subject to Israeli law, including defence export control law, and to the licences it requires. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply, or an authorisation to export, any such item.
Intellectual property
The text, designs, images, video, software and marks on this site belong to HaShomer or to their licensors. You may view them and share links to them. You may not copy, adapt or republish them without our written permission, except as the law allows.
Ideas you send us
We are glad to hear ideas. If we take an idea of yours to production, we will agree its terms with you, including your share, in writing before we do. Sending an idea does not by itself create an agreement, and we may already be working on something similar.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, and do not use the contact form to send anything unlawful or automated.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
