A camera that records everything tells you nothing until somebody watches it back.

HaShomer is an AI company. Its work is perception software: systems that watch live video and classify what is happening — by severity, as it happens, with the footage that proves it attached to the record.

AI defence work

Vigil reads what a camera is actually seeing — a person on the ground, a crowd breaking apart, an animal where it should not be — grades it by severity and keeps the footage that proves it. A running prototype, and a part-by-part blueprint of the camera it would live in.

02 · Second line

FPV drone work

A fibre-optic guided drone transmits nothing, so nothing in the RF layer finds it. We look for the ten kilometres of glass it trails instead, resolve both ends of it, and engage from altitude. Modelled, not built.

השומר — the watchman. The name of the guard organisation founded in 1909 to defend the early settlements, and the forerunner of everything that came after it. A watchman does not strike first. He sees first, and he is certain before he speaks.

At HaShomer, we build AI systems for defence and security, and the hardware that has to exist where software runs out. We were founded in Israel and work from here, and we take on special requests outside that core — from an aircraft to a mine.
